We do not accept returns without notice. If requiring to make a return, please follow the below returns procedure.
Upon our acceptance of return, we ask you to follow the below steps.
a) If an item arrives damaged, a full (or part, depending upon degree of damage) refund or replacement will be offered. To qualify for refund or return on damaged goods, you will be requested to supply clear digital images indicating damage.
b) For returns on faulty item(s) received at time of delivery;
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Returns must be received (by us) within: 30 days of delivery
- All returns must be accompanied by a tracking number as proof of having shipped your return.
c) Unless otherwise agreed, all damaged goods are to be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unmodified before a refund or replacement will be issued. Unless otherwise stated and agreed, shipping charges on return of goods is to be at the customer's expense. All other shipping costs are non-refundable.
d) Unless otherwise stated and agreed, shipping costs for replacement products (those dispatched as replacement for damaged goods received) is to be the responsibility of the customer.
e) If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider shipping insurance as we offer no guarantee that we will receive your returned item when such has been handled by a 3rd party service.
f) Refunds and exchange will occur only after we are in possession of your return.
Without exception, there will be a firm declining of returns, or offered replacement products for goods damaged due to customer misuse. Additionally, there will be no offer of refund or replacement based upon buyer regret.
It is requested that customers exercise care when entering their preferred delivery destination, as there will be a polite declination in offer to refund or replace lost orders caused through incorrect supply of delivery details.
We will not reimburse / refund on orders that have been marked as delivered. Porch Piracy (stolen mail, after delivery) has become the new 'thing' for opportunistic thieves, therefore customers should ensure they provide a safe and secure place for their mailman to leave all parcels as once your order has been marked as 'Delivered', any stolen parcels will become a matter between the customer and their post office and/or local law enforcement office (police department).
We advise that should your home address not be attended for delivery, that you provide a delivery address where either you or a chosen representative will be in attendance. Alternatively, Australia Post provides an online Safe Drop option.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Will be refund only on damaged/lost (non-delivered) goods.
Acceptance of returns is to be within 7 days of customer receipt, or notice.

3.NON-RETURNS/REFUNDS & EXCHANGE.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
